POSITION OVERVIEWThe AP/AR Specialist reports to the Accounting Manager and will perform a variety ofduties including preparing reports, general ledgers, and communicating with vendorsand customers. This position requires a skilled professional with AP/AR backgroundand with advanced Excel skills to provide financial, administrative and clerical servicesto support the Accounting Manager in both AR and AP functions.

Duties and Responsibilities Manage and monitor deliveries, shipments, and logistical arrangements down to each individual product. Delivery timeline tracking and reportingInventory movement trackingShipment invoice checking Develop business relationships with vendors, carriers, and 3PL warehouses. Report on inventory levels, supply chain progress, and procedural efficiency. Create and maintain the product detail pages for Amazon marketplaces. Manage product compliance for each global country Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork. Ability to receive, inventory, and/or deliver goods.
