The roles offered may be on-site, remote, or hybrid, in collaboration with our local partner.Responsibilities:Develop relationships in the crypto OTC market with large institutions like Family Offices, Banks, Exchanges, Brokers, VC’s, Hedge Funds, Propriety Trading firms and Ultra-HNW individual clients.Work closely with clients on building customized trade strategies and manage execution of OTC trading orders (on/off ramp, block trading etc).Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement processes.Provide market insights, investment ideas, and tailored trading strategies to attract new clients and expand OTC trading business.Coordinate client onboarding with compliance team, quote and trade with client under company risk management policies.Requirement:Minimum 2 years of experience in on/off ramp OTC trading either from a crypto exchange or an independent OTC desk;Proven track record in building and managing multicultural relationships with institutional and Ultra HNW individual clients;Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive trading environment.Fluent in EnglishNice to HavesUnderstanding of local and international trading regulations (e.g., MiCA, MAS guidelines, or SEC regulations).Knowledge of how markets function, including order types, trading venues, and execution strategies.Fluency in additional languages for interacting with diverse clients.Perks BenefitsCompetitive total compensation packageVarious team-building programs and company eventsAnd many more! The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting risks across all business lines, ensuring the firm operates within its defined risk appetite and in full compliance with VARA and UAE regulatory expectations.ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Operational RiskDevelop and maintain the company’s risk management framework, policies, and procedures in accordance with VARA guidelines and international best practices.Identify, evaluate, and monitor enterprise-wide risks, including operational, technology, cyber, and outsourcing risks.Maintain the risk register, perform regular control testing, and ensure effective follow-up on remediation plans.Coordinate risk control self-assessments (RCSAs) and ensure timely mitigation of key findings.Support development of internal controls and provide assurance over the effectiveness of existing processes.Financial, Market Liquidity RiskMonitor and analyze market, trading, and liquidity exposures, with a focus on risks inherent to virtual asset operations.Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate resilience under adverse conditions.Define and maintain risk appetite statements, limit structures, and key risk indicators (KRIs) in coordination with leadership.Contribute to capital and liquidity risk assessments and ensure controls align with regulatory requirements.Governance, Reporting AdvisoryPrepare and deliver periodic risk reports and dashboards for management and board committees.Advise on risk implications of new products, partnerships, and technology initiatives.Support the incident management, business continuity, and crisis response frameworks.Collaborate with compliance, audit, and internal control teams to ensure end-to-end risk oversight.Deliver training and promote awareness of risk management practices across the organization.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 5–8 years of experience in risk management, internal control, or financial risk within fintech, virtual assets, or financial services.Strong understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks (VARA, DFSA, FSRA, CBUAE) and risk governance principles.Proven ability to implement risk frameworks, monitoring tools, and reporting mechanisms.Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative risk analysis, including stress testing and scenario evaluation.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.Native-level Arabic proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.UAE citizenship is required for this role, along with legal authorization to work locally.Preferred QualificationsProfessional certifications such as FRM, PRM, ICA or equivalent.Nice to havesExperience managing crypto market risk, custody risk, or technology risk.Familiarity with risk analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Exposure to enterprise resilience and operational continuity planning.#LI-AA1
