Plan, launch, and optimize SEM campaigns with clear objectives: awareness, lead generation, or event-driven demand capture.Manage budgets, bidding strategies, ad copy, extensions, and landing page alignment. Maintain strict relevance and quality score discipline.Build and iterate on conversion funnels, including landing pages, forms, gated assets, and CTAs. Work with BD to ensure lead routing is clean.Run continuous A/B testing for ad copy, creative, audience segments, and landing pages. Document learnings and apply them.Analytics, Reporting, and Growth Ops
Own measurement: GA4, Search Console, tag management, pixel hygiene, and conversion tracking integrity.Create weekly dashboards and monthly narrative reporting: traffic quality, rankings, CAC signals, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.Implement UTM governance and ensure campaign attribution is consistent across channels and teams.Build a prioritized growth backlog, explicitly connecting actions to measurable outcomes.Content Collaboration and Internationalization
Partner with content team to produce search-driven content briefs with clear intent, outline, target keywords, and internal linking plan.Support localization across English and Mandarin content. Ensure translations maintain search intent and technical accuracy.Coordinate with subject-matter experts to ensure technical credibility while maintaining readability for decision makers.
