【名額】2名 ( 1位新竹東區 / 1位竹北市 )1. 進出貨管理 (Shipping Receiving) 點收與拆箱: 收到貨物後進行拆箱,並核對實物是否與送貨單 (Delivery Note) 一致。入庫與分送: 將貨物分類、派送到指定部門,並同步登入 Oracle 系統 完成入帳作業。出貨作業: 執行寄件流程,包含操作系統、列印快遞單據與線上提單。進度追蹤: 掌握貨物運輸狀態,並主動回報給內部需求單位。 2. 庫存管理 (Inventory Management) 元件盤點: 負責電子元件的日常存放管理,並定期進行現場盤點 (Cycle Counts)。檔案維護: 整理與存檔所有物流、進出貨相關的單據與紀錄。 3. 溝通與協作 跨部門聯繫: 對外聯繫貨運公司與供應商;對內與採購、財務及相關部門溝通協作。異常處理: 排除物流過程中的各種疑難雜症(如貨件延遲、毀損、單據錯誤等)。流程優化: 協助改善現有作業流程,提升部門工作效率。
