Mô tả công việc: Thực hiện bảo trì, sửa chữa, giải quyết sự cố liên quan đến hệ thống lạnh, điện, chiếu sáng, nước, các công việc bảo trì chung khác; các công việc bảo trì chung liên quan đến hệ thống cơ, điện;Thực hiện bảo trì phòng ngừa và sửa chữa cho sàn, tường, trần, mái nhà, và các hạng mục gắn liền như: nội thất, thiết bị, bảng hiệu, nhãn dán cho đường ống thoát nước và hố ga;Thực hiện sơn, dặm, ron gạch, xây dựng cơ bản…;Thực hiện sửa chữa nội thất khi cần thiết cho các vật dụng như ghế, tủ, bàn, kệ, và khu làm việc văn phòng;Thực hiện các vòng kiểm tra và kiểm tra định kỳ khuôn viên để ghi nhận các khu vực cần sửa chữa và/hoặc bảo trì, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn: hàng rào, lối đi, cổng chính, đèn đường, đèn chiếu logo và bãi đậu xe;Thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ và kiểm kê hệ thống cửa;Thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ hệ thống cấp thoát nước, nhà vệ sinh (ống cấp nước, thiết bị vệ sinh như: tiểu nam, bồn cầu, lavabo, sàn vệ sinh, thiết bị liên quan…)Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm bảo trì, sửa chữa hệ thống: VRV, AHU, tủ điện, PCCC, máy bơm nước, chiller, máy nén…Báo cáo ngay cho người quản lý ca về mọi bất thường trong hệ thống.Bàn giao đầy đủ thông tin công việc khi nhận và giao ca.Đảm bảo tất cả các chính sách về môi trường, sức khỏe và an toàn (EHS) được thực hiện theo tiêu chuẩn.Tham gia đầy đủ các buổi đào tạo về an toàn và tuân thủ các quy trình an toàn theo yêu cầu.Tuân thủ nghiêm túc tất cả các hướng dẫn về an toàn của Công ty.Thực hiện các công việc liên quan khác từ quản lý và công ty giao phó. The Installation Engineer job is high profile and exciting opportunity for adventurous souls! Works under minimal direction from Management. Completes documented procedures and exercises judgment within defined procedures. Recommends changes to existing process and procedures. Primary responsibility is to strive for predictable Cycle Times and Warranty Starts for new tools installed and upgraded at our customer sites. Includes activities associated with setup, alignment, calibration, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing of highly sophisticated capital equipment. Represents the company to the customer and assumes accountability for customer satisfaction with all installation/upgrade-associated activities. Assures operational quality of system equipment. Works directly with KLA regions and customers to verify new tool performance and transfer tool responsibility. Seeks warranty sign-off on newly installed tools Roles and Responsibilities• Installation of new tools in the field. Follows all procedures and provides a consistent result within specified cycle times. Achieves a predictable warranty start. • Evaluates, analyzes, diagnoses and fixes technical equipment problems related to installation. Can repair issues using standard procedures or innovate to resolve system problems which can have multiple causes. • Solving problems and repairs of sophisticated system level problems are based on Installation Engineer's technical knowledge and training. Installation Engineers seek help from Staff Engineers and Management when problems occur that may exceed knowledge, education and training. • Prepares field service reports and daily passdown on Installation progress and non-conformances. Contributes to post-activity Quality Feedback Report • Hold pre-installation meetings with the customer to scope customer unique requirements then create plans of action to measure and satisfy the unique needs. Execute plans of action and validate deliverables with the customer. • Meet with customer to facilitate warranty signoff after the activity is complete. • Acquires all vital international travel documents and manages their personal lives to be ready for domestic and occasional international travel. • Handles personal finances to prevent disruption to scheduled activities - even when traveling for extended periods. • Travels domestically and internationally by commercial transportation to customer sites. • Assists other engineers as necessary. Provides mentorship and technical assistance at customer sites. Can develop basic POAs. Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:* Adhering to and implementing proper welding procedures.* Maintaining accurate dimensional tolerances set forth on drawings.* Ensuring product quality while focusing on given standards.* Adhering to SMAW, FCAW, GTAW, GMAW and other processes as required.* Laying out, fitting and welding advances weldments with or without the aid of fixturing.* Handling heavy materials manually and with overhead cranes in safe and efficient manner.* Assuring all welding is performed and documented in compliance with all quality control policies.* Maintaining traceability requirements by completing required documentation.* Cleaning and maintaining weldment equipment.* Adhere to all safety practices and report and unsafe conditions, broken or malfunctioning equipment.
