Job Description
- 負責公司各類合同的起草、審核及修訂，確保條款合法合規且符合業務需求
- 針對Web3行業動態，進行法律法規、監管政策及行業新聞的搜集、整理與分析，輸出報告；
- 跨部門協助並提供即時幫助
Requirements
- 法學本科及以上學歷，英語可作為工作語言（能熟練起草/審核英文合同，閱讀境外法律文件並使用英語與他人進行書面/口頭溝通）；
- 優秀應屆生或1-3年法務經驗
- 對加密貨幣、數字資產等領域的法律風險有敏感度。
- 主動性強，能適應快節奏行業變化，平衡風控與業務需求
