Job Description
- 全面負責 KYC 相關流程的搭建、優化與日常運營，確保流程合規、高效、可持續
- 根據業務發展及監管要求，參與制定和優化 KYC 策略方案，並推進落地執行
- 進行需求評估與項目管理，協調產品、研發、設計、合規、風控等團隊，推動 KYC 相關項目按期高質量上線
- 基於用戶反饋、行為數據及調研結果，分析 KYC 場景和用戶痛點，持續優化用戶體驗與運營效率
- 編寫及完善 KYC 相關運營文檔、流程規範及對內培訓材料，確保各團隊理解並遵循統一標準
- 通過數據分析監控 KYC 運營效果，識別風險點和優化機會，輸出策略改進建議
Requirements
- 本科及以上學歷，專業不限，有金融、法律等相關背景優先
- 3 年及以上加密貨幣 / 金融科技行業 KYC 運營或審核經驗，對 KYC 策略、流程及監管要求有深刻理解
- 具備中英文聽說讀寫能力
- 具備良好的數據分析能力，熟悉使用Excel、SQL等工具進行數據分析
- 具備成熟的產品思維，能夠通過用戶反饋、行為數據、用戶訪談/調研等方式洞察需求和使用場景，並沈澱為可執行的策略與流程
- 具備良好的需求分析與文檔撰寫能力，能夠清晰梳理、拆解和歸納業務需求，並將運營策略準確傳達給產品、研發、設計等團隊
- 具備紮實的跨部門溝通與項目協同能力，能夠在多方利益訴求中推動
