Compliance Officer
Job Description
合規官將協助 MEXC 合規團隊進行反洗錢 (AML) 監控、監管許可以及遵守全球加密貨幣法規。該職位要求具備 AML/KYC 流程的實際經驗、基本交易監控經驗，主要協助跨地區和司法管轄區的許可證申請，並且最好熟悉並具備與金融監管機構合作的經驗。
主要職責：
支援許可證（VASP、MSB、MiFID II、EMI、PSP 等）的準備、提交和維護。
作為專案的關鍵聯絡人，促進內部和外部利害關係人之間的順暢溝通。
維護監理備案記錄並確保及時續約。
研究和分析不同地區的監管要求。
隨時了解全球加密貨幣法規和行業最佳實踐。
支持高級合規官進行調查和報告。
協助實施和監控 AML/CFT 政策和程序。
支援監管 AML 審計和風險評估。
協助起草和更新合規政策、程序和手冊。
Requirements
- 法律、金融、商業或相關專業學士學位。
- 1-3 年合規經驗，優先考慮加密貨幣/金融科技領域，並具備反洗錢/了解你的客戶 (AML/KYC) 和牌照申請經驗。
- 了解金融業的反洗錢/了解你的客戶 (AML/KYC) 框架和概念，包括合規政策、風險管理策略和監管要求。
- 具備優秀的分析和研究能力。
- 注重細節，組織能力強。
- 對區塊鏈和加密貨幣領域有深入的了解。
- 英語能力良好（能夠理解、溝通並執行監管文件/與律師事務所/服務提供者溝通）。
- 優先技能：
- 持有 CAMS、ICA、CFA 或同等合規資格證書。
- 擁有與監管機構或金融機構合作的經驗。
- 精通多種語言（包括中文）。
