主要職責：
(Based in Korea)
- 操作數位行銷工具、本地Social media經營、KOL/KOC合作洽談...等；
- 挖掘韓國市場趨勢及用戶使用偏好，與台灣團隊遠端協作，落實本地化行銷運營舉措；
- 本地代理商資源拓展及合作溝通
- 協助管理韓國當地人力執行進度 (包含實習生、外包約聘人員等)
- 英文能力佳

(Based in Korea)
- Operate digital marketing tools, local social media management, KOL/KOC cooperation negotiation... etc;
- Explore Korean market trends and user preferences, and work remotely with Taiwan team to implement localized marketing initiatives;
- Developing and communicating with local agents
- Assist in managing the progress of local manpower in Korea (including interns, outsourced contractors, etc.)
- Excellent command of English.

其他條件 :

- 具備優秀溝通能力
- 多益800以上或其他檢定同等成績；
- 熱愛迎接挑戰，能夠獨立作業、有高執行力
- 市場洞察敏銳，思想靈活能夠結合熱點推廣
- 有APP產品運營、韓國市場BD或行銷經驗者，優先評估
- 具備中文基礎溝通能力者，優先評估

- Project management skills with experience in cross-departmental communication and resource integration;
- TOEIC score of 800 or equivalent;
- Strong adaptability and self-drive;
- Previous experience in overseas market user growth preferred.
