Job Intro

As a Recruitment Consultant at Cake, you will assist the clients in finding the right talent and reaching hiring & business goals. You'll also provide talent market insights and recruiting tips based on your professional experience.

Started with an online resume builder, there have been nearly one million digital talents using Cake to build career profiles and search jobs. Thousands of companies are using our services to find the right talent, including Job PostingTalent Search, and Recruitment Services. Our rapidly growing talent database helps our consultants find suitable candidates in an efficient and effective way.

We welcome talent who has been an in-house recruiter, a consultant in headhunting firms, or has any recruitment-relevant experience, to apply for the position.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key member of the Recruitment Team in helping to drive overall candidate sourcing and technical assessments, and match them to tech companies.
  • Help fast-growing companies to build their team and help them meet their business goals.

 

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong command of Mandarin in both verbal and writing
  • English: conversational level
  • Professional maturity – ability to operate effectively and with self-discipline given ambiguity, diverse market needs, minimal micro-managerial oversight, and geographically disperse teammates.
  • 1+ years experience as an in-house recruiter, a consultant in headhunting firms, or any recruitment-relevant experience

 

Bonus Qualifications

  • Strong command of English in both verbal and writing.
  • 2+ years sales experiences is a plus: ability to work under pressure and enjoy sales-related job roles
  • Proven BD mindset – balanced short-term and long-term thinking; demonstrated track record of helping customers achieve business objectives beyond just selling product/service; ability to think like true partners and going outside the scope of sales or marketing function to help customers.
  • Technical depth – good general technical knowledge; sufficient expertise with industry terminology and concepts; ability to develop a deep knowledge of the entire Cake service stack, billing constructs, compliance considerations, and understanding of Cake’ operational backend systems/tools/reports.
