Job Intro
Join a high-impact team at Cake, where we build innovative SaaS products that shape the HR-tech industry. We are looking for a Product Manager with strong product judgment, market understanding, and a collaborative spirit. If you're ready to turn ideas into impactful products, this is the place for you.
As a Product Manager, you will own the entire product lifecycle—leading the development of features from concept through to successful launch. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless execution, manage the product roadmap, and develop key features that deliver exceptional user experiences. In this role, you’ll spearhead new product initiatives, utilize data-driven insights and market research, and play an integral part in shaping our go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals, and working closely with internal teams and external partners as needed.
Own the product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to delivering impactful features and iterating based on user feedback and performance data.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze market trends to inform product strategy and make data-driven decisions.
Quickly learn and understand the human resource market landscape (competitors, market size, growth strategies).
Continuously optimize product performance, user engagement, and conversions.
Define and manage complex user flows, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience (UX) across all product touch points.
Lead multiple projects in parallel, effectively prioritizing based on impact, resources, and timelines.
Collaborate with marketing and business teams to develop go-to-market strategies, including SEO, customer acquisition, and product positioning.
