As a Software as a Service (SaaS) Outcome Customer Engineer (OCE), you will drive the onboarding and adoption of our Google Cloud SaaS products, clearing blockers and ensuring the customers get the maximum benefit from their investment faster. You will manage and execute the deployment plan, transitioning scoped license agreements into production by providing technical leadership to customers and partners. Drive and track the rapid activation of Gemini Enterprise licenses, moving customers to active consumption by executing 'ramp plans', ensuring quick transitions from basic adoption to advanced AI-assisted workflows. Identify opportunities to expand the AI footprint within the account. During execution, you will spot new high-value use cases - such as complex reasoning tasks or multi-modal agents - that drive cross-functional adoption and justify new license agreements.
